Making a Purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment's via secure PayPal or WixPayments.
You do not need a PayPal account, simply Checkout as a Guest. This option is just below 'Sign in to PayPal'.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We offer FREE click & collect from our Market Harborough store either next business day or arranged at your convenience.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays and we are presently only shipping to UK addresses.
At Bebooted, we request your name and contact details when placing an order or the newsletter. We use this information to: delivered your purchases to you, send you order updates, send you information via our newsletter on your selected preferences, fraud prevention and detection.
To complete your purchase we need to request your payment details via secure PAYPAL. We do this to take payments, process refunds and for fraud prevention.
To further your experience at Bebooted we will store your purchase history to provide customer service and support and handle returns.
As part of your transaction with us we will keep information on your device and including device type, IP address and if you choose to share it your location data. We use this to improve our website and protect our website from fraud.
You do not have to give us any of the above personal information, but if you don’t you may be unable to purchase from bebooted.com and you are unlikely to receive our full customer care experience, however we respect your decision to keep your data personal.

For orders made within the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
For the rest of the world no VAT is added.
We want you to be completely satisfied with you goods. Therefore you can return any part of your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. (THIS APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY..NOT IN STORE PURCHASES) We do ask that you return it to us unused and in its original packing .
We cannot refund Returns Postage costs.
SALE or DISCOUNTED GOODS can only be returned & refunded if there is a fault with the item. An exchange (if available) or credit note will be offered.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the item for something else (as long as it is the same price or lower).
Please package up your order securely to ensure that it is not damaged on it's way back to us.
The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.
We recommend you return by registered post. Goods are returned to us at your own cost.
If you need a refund your account will be credited once item/s are received and are in an appropriate condition. Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.
